Raised circular area (int. diam. 44m) enclosed by a substantial earthen bank and a wide, deep, partly waterlogged fosse which has been infilled from NNW-N. An earlier report (OPW 1970) suggested that the original entrance may have been at E. A plain wayside cross (H c. 0.5m) with imperforate ring (diam c. 0.4m) set in socketed base slab. Left arm (L 0.15m) intact and right arm broken off. An earlier report (OPW 1970) described the site as a raised circular area (int. diam c. 38m) enclosed by a wide, deep, partly waterlogged fosse and low earthen bank. Original entrance may have been at SE. Site is densely overgrown with vegetation. Modern tree-lined avenue runs from the NNE of the site to Omard Lough c. 350m NE. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with cement barge copings, slate roof to windbreak with timber barge boards. Rendered chimneystack and steel rainwater goods. Smooth rendered random rubble walls with raised bands to corners, line of original thatch eaves visible at gable. One-over-one timber sash windows to south elevation with quarter-round horns in raised surrounds, with squared stone sills. Historic single-pane casement windows at high level to gable eaves. Battened timber door with triangular overlight opening onto flagstone threshold. Smooth rendered random rubble extension with corrugated-iron roof and two-over-two timber sash windows. Corrugated-iron barrel-roofed extension attached to west gable. Farmyard with rendered outbuildings to rear. Rendered boundary wall to east and south with pier supporting forged gate. Set within courtyard-plan farmyard with dwelling facing south and perpendicular to road.

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, with single-storey return to rear and single-storey porch of c.1920. Now vacant. Hipped slate roofs to house and porch with terracotta ridge tiles, pair of banded brick chimneystacks flanking centre bay and widely spaced triangular brackets to eaves. Ruled-and-lined smooth rendered walls with raised quoins. One-over-one timber sash windows with ogee horns, rendered reveals and limestone sills. Central one-over-one timber sash window to porch flanked by tall side lights with margin panes. Door to side of porch concealed from view. Random rubble two-storey and single-storey farm outbuildings to rear forming three-sided farmyard with rubble stone wall to north. Garden to front enclosed by random rubble wall with apex coping and forged double gates in rendered panelled piers to east of front entrance.

Detached two-bay two-storey former national school, built 1832, with external steps to upper level. Now in use as workshop. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, concrete barge coping, and banded chimneystacks to gable ends. Squared stone eaves course carried around gable elevations as string course. Some surviving cast-iron rainwater goods. Lime-washed uncoursed random rubble walls. Altered windows to south elevation having eight-pane fixed timber top sash and concrete block infill to bottom section, all having tooled limestone sills. One fixed-pane window to north elevation. Recent steel security doors to ground floor. Sheeted timber door to first floor of north elevation approached by external limestone steps on east and north sides bounded by uncoursed rubble limestone wall with undressed coping stones forming part of churchyard boundary wall. Abutting church graveyard to north and bounded by squared rubble walls with dressed limestone piers.
