An oval cashel (35.5m E-W; 29.3m N-S) defined by a wide bank of stone collapse (int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.5-4m; Wth 1.5-4m) with suggestions of an external fosse (Wth 2-3m) at E. No internal wall-face is evident, but from SE to W there is part of an outer wall-face comprising a single course of large boulders (H 0.55m). Two short stretches of terracing are present at S and SSW at a distance of 1.2m and 3m from the base of the cashel wall and may related to terracing around the monument. Two shallow depressions (Wth 2-3m) either side of the entrance suggest a fosse. There is an entrance causeway to the E (Wth 1.9-2.9m) flanked internally by a line of stones. A parcel is the land of a title, not an address. The owner's name is in the Land Registry of Tailte Éireann: a copy of the folio can be ordered on landdirect.ie, for a fee; this site names no owner. A price is the price recorded for a past sale, not a valuation.
