Lines of adjacent stones at the W end of the N side (L 4m) and the N end of the W side (L 2.2m) suggest that it may have been a walled area. H 0.4m). The perimeter at W has been augmented by spoil. A circular grass and scrub-covered area (int. diam. 25.1m E-W; 24.4m N-S) defined by a hazel-covered stone spread (Wth 3.5-4.6m; int. H 0.5m generally to 1.3m at E; ext. H 0.6-0.8m W-N to 1.4-1.6m E-S), with the outer face visible almost everywhere (original Wth 1.6m at N). There is an entrance gap (Wth 1m) at E, but it is not original. There is a recatangular clearance cairn (dims. 3.6m N-S; 2.3m E-W; H 0.8m) at the centre. Another cashel (CL033-029----) is c. 50m to the WSW. A souterrain (CL033-031002-) is in the NW quadrant, and a cashel (CL033-031003-) is conjoined to the E. A circular grass and scrub-covered area (int. diam. 19.6m E-W; 17.5m N-S) defined by a slight scarp down to the interior (H 0.9m) W-E, and a slight external scarp (H 0.8m at E) elsewhere. The remains of a drystone wall are on the perimeter NW-SE, and stone spreads visible elsewhere. The original width of the wall can be guaged at NNE (Wth 1.4m) and S (Wth 1.8m), and there are animal tracks over the perimeter at NNE and SE.
