Field boundary skirts enclosure to N, E and S. Recorded by Bowman (1934, 296-7) as double-ramparted fort on J. O'Keeffe's land, with about half of outer rampart standing (H 6 to 9ft); two disused lime kilns in outer rampart and one in inner rampart (ibid.). Possible souterrain (CO029-185---) in interior.
