Entrance to NE marked by two tall portal-stones and tall door stone. Sides and back of chamber of single stones. Incorporated in low oval mound, 10m by 8m. Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Recent lean-to (south-east) and rear (south) extensions. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with rubble stone buttress to south-east elevation. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash and uPVC windows with concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with replacement uPVC door. Rubble stone wall to front (north). Former three-bay two-storey dwelling and rubble stone outbuildings to north-west.

Detached double-pile three-bay double-height former creamery, built 1923, now in use as co-operative shop, builders merchants and storehouse. Pitched corrugated-asbestos roof with concrete coping, ridge ventilation ducts and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with metal fixed pane windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door openings with timber battened double-leaf door and corrugated-iron sliding doors. Enclosed by concrete block walls.
