Detached irregular-plan five-bay single-storey with attic house, built c. 1880, now disused. Gabled end bays to front elevation, that to south-west projecting, both with canted-bay windows. Two-storey elevation to rear of main block. Multiple-bay two-storey return to north-west, partly outbuilding, and three-bay return to south-west, with gabled porch to front elevation. House apparently incorporating fabric of earlier dwelling. Projecting stair block to rear elevation, flanked by sinle-storey lean-to additions. Pitched slate roof with overhanging rendered eaves, timber bargeboards, rendered chimneystacks and some cast-iron rainwater goods. Slate roof to south-east canted bay window and felt to north-east, with cat-slide slate roof to rear stair block. Roughcast rubble limestone rendered walls, exposed to two-storey return. Square-headed window openings with cut limestone sills. Mainly replacement uPVC windows to front, and mainly timber sliding sash windows to rear, sash windows being one-over-one pane, some with timber internal shutters. Round-headed door opening to porch having timber panelled door and fanlight. Yard to north-west with multiple-bay two-storey outbuilding to north-west, with pitched and hipped slate roof, remains of roughcast render to rubble limestone walls, segmental-arch carriage entrances and square-headed windows with brick surrounds. Two-bay three-stage castellated folly, possibly originally dovecote, to north-east, having flat-roof with rubble limestone and red brick castellated parapet, rubble limestone walls with dressed limestone string courses between stages, with pointed arch openings having red brick surrounds.
