Square-headed openings with six-over-six and nine-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed stairlight to rear with nine-over-six pane with spoked fanlight timber sliding sash window. Square-headed openings to extension with replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed opening to front elevation with recessed timber panelled half-glazed door and overlight having render door surround comprising fluted pilasters and cornice. Approached by flight of limestone steps. Elliptical-arched carriage arch to north-west leading to rear yard surrounded by rubble stone walls. Gable-fronted outbuilding to north-west of yard with bellcote to front gable, pitched slate roof with recent roof lights, rubble stone walls, square-headed opening and elliptical-arched openings with timber fittings.
