Coursed sandstone rubble walls with tooled limestone quoins and plinth course. Blind round-headed windows to east elevation with brick surrounds. Tetrastyle Doric portico having triangular pediment and moulded cornice, painted timber columns with limestone plinths and set on limestone plinth. Square-headed window openings having tooled limestone sills, brick surrounds and timber sliding sash windows, nine-over-six pane to front elevation and double six-over-four pane timber sliding sash window to west elevation, and replacement timber windows elsewhere. Square-headed door opening having timber panelled double-leaf door with overlight.
