H 1.45m) SE->W with external fosse (D 1.25m). Bankstone-faced in parts. Field boundary running NE-SW truncates enclosure on NW side. Limekiln marked on 1842 OS 6-inch map would have been located approximately at E side of enclosure; no visible surface trace. Slight lipvisible at base of bank due to ploughing of interior.
