H to E 2.8m) broken to SE where outer two banks and fosses end; low bank curves W-ESE form outer face inner bank across truncated ends of banks and fosses. S face earthen, low; N face stone, dropping steeply to base of fosses and revetting their ends. Stone drain runs from base of inner 'revetment' into fosse; both fosses probably deepened by water action. Machine-made drain outside outer bank. Entire site heavily overgrown. Interior divided by farm track crossing from N to S corners. Interior uneven and covered by ground vegetation; depression near centre (D c. 3m) shows evidence of relatively recent quarrying. No visible gravemarkers. To S of centre fragmentary remains of apparently rectangular church (c. 8m E-W; c. 6.45m N-S) (CO045-053002-) bounded to W by mound of rubble but overgrown traces of N, S and E walls evident (max. Five-arch limestone road bridge over River Bride, built c. 1790. Rubble stone walls and parapets with render copings. Dressed stone voussoirs to round arches, and cut stone V-cutwaters surmounted by concrete buttresses to west elevation also acting to support pipe. Dressed snecked stonework to underside of arches.
