Square-headed window openings with render sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed door opening with moulded render surround, timber panelled door and single-pane fanlight. Rubble stone outbuildings to north-west of site with pitched corrugated-iron roofs and possible remains of earlier two-storey house.
