Interior rough with small stones protruding from surface. Similarly described in 1933 when it was known locally as 'The Little Church Yard' though there was no tradition of burials taking place here within living memory (OS Field Memoranda 1933). Bowman (1934, 437-8) recorded that 'An Sean-Oisbedeal - The Old Hospital, in P. Lane's... had accommodation for 6 persons', which, according to local tradition, was use during The Famine. Second stone, 0.95m to W, is 0.65m L, 0.25m T and 0.95m H. Third stone, 1.6m from last, is 0.65m L, 0.22m T and 0.8m H. Fourth stone, 1.7m to W, is 0.85m L, 0.3m T and 0.9m H. Not all stones are firmly set. Hospital (14251) c. 50m to WNW; church (14513) c. 40m to W; burial (11993) c. 20m to WSW. - Breanagh Bridge, bridge, 1800–1840, Regional interest, registry number 20900402, https://www.buildingsofireland.ie/niah/search.jsp?type=record&county=CO&regno=20900402. Single-arch limestone road bridge, built c. 1820, over Breanagh River. Coursed snecked rubble walls curving to terminate in square-plan piers with tooled limestone caps. Tooled limestone voussoirs to elliptical arch, with moulded surround and having dressed stone string course above. Concrete copings to parapet walls. Wall-mounted cast-iron post box with raised 'V.R' royal cipher, c.1890, set in south-west pier.
