Lackavihoonig' at junction of three townlands (Grove White 1905-25, vol. 3, 331). According to Grove White (ibid.), it was a large flag imprinted with shape of a man's bare foot and the feet of a cow and calf, which he was stealing; St Abigail fastened him and animals to stone until owner came and took him away (ibid.). The resulting opening revealed an oval stone-lined chamber (4m N-S; 1.3m E-W; H 1.25m) with a lintelled roof. The walls were of rubble and incline inwards towards the top. A lintelled opening (Wth 0.4m; H 0.3m), 0.8m above the floor in the NE corner of the chamber, is probably the original entrance passage (min. L 3m). O Riordáin, as entrance passage and at least two stone-built chambers joined by creepways. Chamber 1: (L 2.28m; Wth 1m; H 1.52m; long axis NW-SE) irregular in plan; side walls corbelled; original entrance passage (blocked) at NW end; blocked creepway in N corner; creepway (L 1.21m; Wth 0.3m) at SE end to chamber 2.
