Painted smooth rendered walls having render platbands at eaves and first floor sill level. Square-headed windows with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, double to ground floor. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight. Sited on edge of former Fair Green.
- Sheahan's Spar/The Hill Top Lounge/Sheehans Bar, house, 1900–1920, Regional interest, registry number 20811006, https://www.buildingsofireland.ie/niah/search.jsp?type=record&county=CO&regno=20811006. Corner-sited attached five-bay two-storey house, built c. 1910, formerly two properties, having shop and public house to ground floor of front, south, elevation. Render shopfronts to each end of front elevation, one disused. Side elevation prolonged by slightly lower two-storey two-bay addition with pitched roof. Pitched artificial slate roofs, hipped to return, with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods, render bracketed eaves course with molulded string course below. Painted smooth rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed window openings, having shouldered render surrounds to first floor of front and to side elevation, with painted sills mainly having decorative brackets, and replacement uPVC windows. Ground floor window openings to front elevation have panelled render pilasters, fluted scrolled brackets and moulded and dentillated cornices. Render shopfronts comprising panelled render pilasters with plinth blocks, fluted scrolled brackets and dentillated moulded cornices. Shopfront in use has glazed timber panelled double-leaf door with overlight and plate glass timber-framed display window. Disused shopfront has replacement uPVC fittings. Square-headed door opening serving house has painted carved timber panelled door set into round-headed doorway having render panelled pilasters, fluted scrolled brackets and moulded archivolt.

Attached six-bay two-storey house, dated 1845, with integral carriage arch to east end. Building erected as pair of houses. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast rendered walls to front, and smooth rendered walls to rear and sides. Square-headed openings with painted stone sills and replacement uPVC windows. Round-headed door opening at west end with render surround, raised keystone, replacement uPVC door and fanlight. Carriage arch has cut-stone jambs and voussoirs, raised keystone carved ‘JC 1845’, and double-leaf metal gates. Ground floor window at east end replaces earlier door. Carved limestone spout stone to downpipe at centre of façade.

Wall with double-leaf wrought-iron gates on east side of yard. Two-storey outbuilding to east side of yard, on opposite side of approach road, with pitched corrugated-iron roof, rubble limestone walls, external stone steps at gable accessing first floor, limestone string course between floors at front, square-headed timber battened double-leaf fixtures to first floor, and elliptical-arch vehicualr entrances to ground floor with brick voussoirs, one with corrugated-iron door. Gateway to east having rendered piers and wrought-iron double-leaf gates with decorative finial.

Square-headed window openings having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and stone sills, with attic window to south-west elevation. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door having chamfered edges, and overlight. Kitchen having open fireplace with crane and bellows to north side of doorway and narrow wooden stairs to attic room to south side. Stone steps attached to north gable leads to first floor of adjacent outbuilding. This outbuilding single-storey with loft, pitched slate roof and rubble limestone walls and having square openings. Detached single-storey outbuildings to front of house, with pitched slate roofs and limewashed walls, having square-headed doorway and segmental-arch vehicular entrances with brick voussoirs. Stone boundary wall to front of house, along road with stone stile beside deep rendered stone piers with rebates for double-leaf wrought-iron gates.
