Pitched L-plan slate roof with rendered and timber clad overhanging eaves, having rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and carved timber bargeboards to gables and dormers. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with exposed rubble limestone wall to side (north-west) elevation. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone and replacement render sills throughout. Timber-framed bipartite windows to front elevation, having nine-over-nine pane timber sliding sash windows. Timber pediments on brackets surmounting first floor window openings of gable-fronted bays. Timber-framed four-light window to canted bay, having nine-over-nine pane timber sliding sash windows. Nine-over-nine pane timber sliding sash window to side (north-west) elevation. uPVC casement windows to rear. Square-headed door openings to side elevations of entrance bay, having decorative timber surrounds and timber-panelled doors.
