Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1810, with three-bay south side elevation, porch to front and having bay windows to north and south elevations. Three-bay two-storey block to rear with two-bay two-storey extension, and two-bay single-storey addition to north with porch. Hipped slate roof with brick chimneystack and limestone eaves course. Lean-to slate roofs to rear block and to extension, with rendered chimneystack. Pitched slate roof to north addition with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills. Square-headed bay windows, north elevation having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window with render sills and south having bipartite opening to first floor centre bay with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window with limestone sill. Round-headed entrance door opening with render surround, cobweb fanlight and timber panelled door. Porch to front of entrance comprising render cornice over square-headed opening with half-glazed timber panelled door, flanked by square-headed sidelights with fixed timber windows and render sills over recessed render panels. Square-profile rendered piers to road entrance with double-leaf cast-iron gates and rendered walls with render copings and plinth courses.

Farmyard complex, built c. 1790, comprising stable range to west and carthouse and outbuilding range to north. North range has two-bay single-storey block to north end with pitched slate roof and nine-bay single-storey south block with pitched corrugated-iron roof, both with roughcast rendered rubble limestone walls. Front elevation of north block has lunette window with timber louvers to loft and square-headed doorways to ground floor with timber battened doors flanked by two-over-two pane timber sash windows to outer sides with render sills, having pair of paned overlights over each opening. South block has square-headed openings with timber fixtures and timber battened doors and double-leaf doors, doorways having paned overlights. North range is five-bay and single-storey with carved limestone openwork bellcote to east gable, pitched slate roof and roughcast rendered rubble limestone walls. Front elevation has segmental-arched vehicualr entrances and square-headed doorways and window, with timber battened doors and louvers, and rear elevation has fixed timber windows. Rubble limestone masonry boundary walls to site, with square-profile rendered piers to east having ornate render caps and single-leaf wrought-iron gate. Pedestrian entrance with single-leaf timber gate to south.
