H 1.2m) defined by a drystone-built wall. The NNE side is built into the slope of the hillside. The bowl (diam. 1.4m; max. H 0.2m-0.45m) has been infilled. Approximately rectangular structure (dims. 3.2m N-S; 2.8m E-W – Wall T 0.9m) defined by the remains of a very poorly built drystone wall (Wth. 0.9m) composed of stones of varying sizes. It is best preserved on the E side were it is composed of a series of large stones, set on edge, augmented in places by smaller stones. The E side has largely collapsed. There is no indication of a doorway or of a hearth. The nature and function of this feature cannot be determined with any degree of confidence on the basis of the upstanding remains. Approximately rectangular structure (dims. 2.3m E-W; 1.75m N-S) defined by the remains of a very ruined drystone wall. The E side is defined by a single large upright slab (L 1.26m; H 0.76). The N side is defined by three stones. Immediately outside the NE angle is an upright boulder. The evidence for the presence of the W wall is two boulders set on edge. Immediately outside the SW angle is a boulder. Only a few small stones mark the course of the S face. There are a number of stones of varying sizes at the edges and within the interior. This is almost certainly collapse from the afore mentioned cliff face. There is no indication of a doorway or hearth. On a SE-facing slope, overlooking Lough Croangar, in rough mountainous terrain. Approximately rectangular area (dims. 3.7m NW-SE; 3m NW-SE) defined by the ruins of a poorly-built drystone wall. The NW side comprises four large boulders set on edge. The collapsed SE side is composed of stones of varying sizes. Aside from a few loose stones there is no evidence for the wall on the other two sides. There are a number of loose stones within the interior. There is no indication of an entrance or hearth. On an E-facing slope in rough mountainous terrain, overlooking Lough Crumbane. At the base of a low rocky cliff face on an E-facing slope overlooking Lough Croangar and Lough Crumbane. Rough mountainous terrain. Approximately D-shaped area (dims. 5.1m E-W; 3.25m N-S). The straight side is formed by a cliff face; the remainder by 9 stones. Just one, at WSW, is upright. This is roughly triangular in profile tapering progressively to a point (L 0.5m; H 0.75m). There is no indication of an entrance. The upstanding remains comprise a series of small and medium-sized stones which may mark the collapsed basal portion of a small subrectangular building (dims. 2.9m NW-SE; 2.1m NE-SW). There are a number of loose stones within the interior.There is no indication of an entrance or hearth. D-shaped area (dims. 9.4m NW-SE; 5.6m NE-SW) whose straight side is formed by the cliff face. The remainder of the circuit is defined by a series of 11 stones of varying sizes. The largest are at SE.
