- DG090-007: Standing stone, https://heritagedata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=0c9eb9575b544081b0d296436d8f60f8&query=18a4b61b268-layer-9%2CSMRS%2CDG090-007----. Situated on south facing slope of rising ground in beech woodland demesne of Carrick Lodge which is located 90m to the west. Tall tapering pillar stone (H 1.42m; 0.51m x 0.28m) with straight sides that is sub-rectangular in plan and is orienated NNW-ESE on its long axis. There is evidence of plough marks on the southwest face. According to local information this stone may was found in in a prostrate position and was re-erected in the location where it was found in the late 1960's or early 1970's. This stone appears to have been erected by the original owners of the nearby Carrick Lodge possibly in the 19th century as either a scratching post or as a designed landscape feature. However it cannot be ruled out that this is a genuine prehistoric standing stone which was later reused as a landscape feature.

Works at or in relation to a recorded monument need two months' written notice to the National Monuments Service (National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1994, section 12).

- Carrick Lodge, country house, hunting/fishing lodge, 1855–1915, Regional interest, registry number 40842001, https://www.buildingsofireland.ie/niah/search.jsp?type=record&county=DG&regno=40842001. Detached five-bay two-storey former country house or hunting lodge, built c. 1867 and extensively altered and extended c. 1910, having central advanced single-bay projection to the main elevation (south) with crow-stepped parapet over; main central block flanked to either side (east and west) by lower wings having advanced gable-fronted single-bay two-storey terminating blocks with crow-stepped parapets over. Two-storey range of outbuildings attached to the rear (north) of terminating block to the west. Extensively renovated c. 1990 following destruction by fire c. 1970. Now in use as a private house. Pitched natural slate roof to advanced terminating block to the west end, modern tiled roofs elsewhere. Smooth rendered chimneystacks and raised render verges to either end of central block. Gable-fronted half-dormers to front pitch of main block. Ashlar stone (?) construction to crow-stepped parapets having moulded kneeler stones at eaves level. Smooth rendered walls over projecting smooth rendered plinth having flush ashlar sandstone quoins to corners, and rendered ashlar sandstone quoins (?) to the corners of renovated sections. Square-headed window openings having plain sandstone surrounds, central sandstone mullions, chamfered sandstone sills and replacement windows. Cut stone hoodmouldings over ground floor window openings and to central advanced bay at first floor level. Four light square-headed window openings to recessed flanking bays having cut sandstone surrounds, chamfered sills and sandstone mullions. Square-headed door opening to front face of advanced central bay having cut sandstone surround with chamfered reveal, hoodmoulding over, timber panelled door, sidelights, and cut stone step. Set in extensive mature grounds on mountain site to the west of An Charraig/Carrick. Extensive views over Teelin Bay and Donegal Bay to the south from the house. Adjoining two-storey outbuilding attached to the rear (north) of advanced bay to the west having pitched natural slate roof, roughcast rendered rubble stone walls, square-headed window openings with casement windows, and square-headed carriage arches having flush dressed block-and-start surrounds and timber doors. Some carriage-arches now infilled with window and door openings. Rubble stone boundary walls to site; boundary wall to north of yard formerly part of outbuilding, now demolished. Former walled gardens to the north. Main entrance gateway to house from the south of site with attendant three-bay two-storey gate lodge (see 40842002) adjacent to the east. Gateway to the west, no longer in use, comprising a pair of rubble stone gate piers (on square-plan); no longer in use. Rubble stone boundary walls to site.
- Carrick Lodge, gate lodge, 1850–1880, Regional interest, registry number 40842002, https://www.buildingsofireland.ie/niah/search.jsp?type=record&county=DG&regno=40842002. Detached three-bay two-storey former gate lodge associated with Carrick Lodge (see 40842001), built c. 1867, having projecting single-bay gable-fronted entrance porch to the main elevation (west), and single-storey blocks to the rear (east/south-east), probably formerly in use as outbuildings. Now in use as a private house. Pitched natural slate roof having rusticated/rock-faced crow-stepped sandstone parapets (drafted margins) to the gable ends of main block (north and south), to front elevation of entrance porch to west, and to either gable end of block to the rear (east/south-east), with decorative cast-iron finials over to the gable apexes; cut sandstone kneeler stones to gable ends at eaves level. Rendered chimneystack to the centre of the main block. Mono-pitched natural slate roof to single-storey block to the rear of main block. Squared and randomly coursed rubble sandstone walls having rusticated/rock-faced ashlar sandstone block-and-start quoins to the corners having drafted margins. Sandstone plaque to front face of porch with raised ‘M M’ monogram. Square-headed window openings having rusticated/rock-faced ashlar sandstone block-and-start surrounds, chamfered cut sandstone reveals, and decorative bi- and tripartite cast-iron windows in timber frames. Square-headed doorway to the north face of porch having timber door. Square-headed door opening to rear having replacement glazed timber door. Located adjacent to roadway to the south of Carrick Lodge (see 40842001) at the start of long approach avenue to house, and to the west of An Charraig/ Carrick. Gateway to house adjacent to the west comprising a pair of rock-faced ashlar sandstone gate-piers (on square-plan) having drafted margins, and with capstone over; pier to the east now damaged. Similar gate adjacent to the east. Coursed squared sandstone boundary walls to site (south elevation of gate lodge forming part of wall) having rock-faced coping over.
- Droichead an Charraig Íochtarach, bridge, 1820–1860, Regional interest, registry number 40842003, https://www.buildingsofireland.ie/niah/search.jsp?type=record&county=DG&regno=40842003. Single-arch road bridge over the Owenwee River, built c. 1800. Uncoursed rubble stone construction to spandrels; rubble stone construction to parapets having rubble stone coping over. Recent concrete blockwork repairs to the west end of parapet to the north. Round-headed arch having roughly dressed voussoirs; rubble stone construction to arch barrel. Concrete block supports carrying pipe to the north side of bridge. Located in the rural countryside to the south-west of An Charraig/Carrick. Located close to point where Owenwee River flows into Teelin Bay.

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1930, now uninhabited. Pitched natural slate roof with clay ridge tiles, concrete gable coping to south-west gable end, cement rendered chimneystacks to either gable end, and having surviving cast-iron rainwater goods. Pebble-dashed walls to first floor with smooth rendered ruled-and-lined walls to ground floor, and having render block-and-start quoins to the corners. Projecting plinth course to base and render stringcourse/sill course at first floor level. Square-headed window openings, paired to outer bays, having render surrounds, painted sills and six-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Central segmental-headed doorway to the main elevation (south-east) having render architraved surround with keystone detailing, timber panelled door, and glazed overlight and sidelights. Set slightly back from road in own grounds to the west end of An Charraig/Carrick. Garden to front of site. Smooth rendered boundary wall to front of site having central pedestrian gateway comprising a pair of rendered gate piers (on square-plan). Similar gate piers to either end of boundary wall; vehicular entrance to the north-east. Detached c two-storey outbuilding with garage to ground floor to rear (north-west).
