Marked as a 'Burial Ground' on the 2nd and 3rd editions of the OS 6-inch maps. An almost totally grassed-over flattish mound of stones, which is about .3m in height on the N and about lm in height on the S or downhill side. A slightly raised perimeter in places suggests the former existence of an enclosing wall. A low line of stones forms an apparently modern wall running NW-SE across the end of the site. Sited in good land on a slight N-S downwards slope. The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal. A description of the field antiquities of the County from the Mesolithic Period to the 17th century.' A parcel is the land of a title, not an address. The owner's name is in the Land Registry of Tailte Éireann: a copy of the folio can be ordered on landdirect.ie, for a fee; this site names no owner. A price is the price recorded for a past sale, not a valuation.
