The site encloses a subcircular area (ext. diam. 27.4m N-S; c. 35m E-W) defined by a ditch (Wth c. 1.9m). The Apple Maps image appears to indicate the presence of two outer palisade trenches outside the S perimeter of the enclosure. There is no clear evidence for an entrance gap through the bank.
