On an E-facing slope in an area of mixed farming with bogland visible from NW to E. This oval enclosure (77.5m NE-SW; 65m NW-SE), in fair condition, is defined by an earthen bank which is overlain from S to WSW by a field fence. A number of hawthorn bushes are growing on the bank. Quarrying has encroached upon the monument at N, E and SE. An earthen bank running NE-SW through the centre of the interior appears to be an associated internal division. A parcel is the land of a title, not an address. The owner's name is in the Land Registry of Tailte Éireann: a copy of the folio can be ordered on landdirect.ie, for a fee; this site names no owner.
