A field boundary, running N-S, clipped it at E. On inspection in April 1983 no visible surface trace survived. H 2.2m) from SSE to S and from NW to NNW; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. A gap at S appears to be modern. There is a children's burial ground (GA100-067001-) in the E half of the interior. The inner bank is visible from N through E to SW; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. The fosse survives from SW through W to N and the outer bank from W to NNW. A gap at NE may be modern. According to local information, the outer bank was removed in recent years. On inspection in January 1985 a number hawthorn trees were growing on top of this fairly well-preserved subcircular flat-topped earthen mound (base Wth 15m N-S; 13.75m E-W; Wth at top 7.2m N-S; 6.9m E-W; H 1.3-1.7m). On re-inspection in April 2008 it was noted that the trees had since been removed.
