On a N-facing slope in grassland. Well-preserved subcircular rath (N-S 57m, E-W 35m) defined by a bank and external fosse. A gap at E appears original. In SE quadrant of a ringfort (GA046-042----). A shallow oblong hollow (N-S 5m, E-W 2m) is pointed out as the entrance to a 'cave'. According to the landowner, this was accessible in this father's time via a 'gate' which has since collapsed.
