When visited by the Co. Kerry Field Club (1946, 672), the outline of the enclosure was still discernible though the bank had all but disappeared. An oblong foundation, 35 feet (10.6m) x 20 feet (6m), occupied the centre of the enclosure and in the W sector there was a blocked up opening to a souterrain. The above description is derived from J.
