- KD010-037: Enclosure, https://heritagedata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=0c9eb9575b544081b0d296436d8f60f8&query=18a4b61b268-layer-9%2CSMRS%2CKD010-037----. On level pasture. The possible W limits of a potentially large circular area (est. diam. c. 200m), through which a road runs N-S, were identified by local historians (Geissel and Horgan 1986, 27-9) and part of a possible enclosing fosse in the SW sector was subsequently archaeologically (Excavation licence no. 98E0550) investigated by Breen (1999, 94-6) in advance of the road's re-alignment . The excavation results were inconclusive, but it was thought, '… plausible that the site represents a ditched enclosure, later altered by use as a gravel pit' (ibid. 95).
