- KD009-016: Building, https://heritagedata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=0c9eb9575b544081b0d296436d8f60f8&query=18a4b61b268-layer-9%2CSMRS%2CKD009-016----. On a short, gentle, SE-facing pasture slope. In 1986, according to the landowner, ploughing uncovered the mortared-stone wall foundations of a square structure (est. dims. L c. 20m; Wth c. 20m), together with mortar fragments bearing the impressions of wickerwork centring (SMR file). A low, almost square earthwork (dims. L 20m N-S; Wth 17m E-W) defined by a low scarp (H 0.1-0.3m) may mark the location of the building, a short distance (8m) to the N of which similar scarps define the S (traceable L c. 32m) and E (traceable L c. 36m) sides of a possibly associated field; suggesting this may be the site of a late-medieval farmstead.
