In level pasture, on S side of stream which flows from west to east. Site discovered in 1959 by landowner and subsequently investigated by Michael Walsh of UCC (Walsh 1965). The site consisted of 'parallel walls 5.3m long enclosing a channel-like space 70cm wide closed at the western end' (ibid., 24, fig. 7). The floor of the channel was paved with flags, and a limited excavation by Walsh uncovered four flat timbers and a stone-mason's hammer (ibid., fig. 8). By comparison with the nearby site (LI028-118---) Walsh concluded that this must also be remains of a mill-structure. A parcel is the land of a title, not an address. The owner's name is in the Land Registry of Tailte Éireann: a copy of the folio can be ordered on landdirect.ie, for a fee; this site names no owner. A price is the price recorded for a past sale, not a valuation.
