Pitched roof with replacement straw thatch, rope twist above exposed hazel or sally lattice stretchers to raised ridge having exposed scallops, rendered, ruled and lined chimney stack having "Cavetto"-detailed stringcourse below capping, and concrete or rendered coping to gables. Limewashed lime rendered battered walls over coursed rubble limestone construction. Square-headed window openings with rock faced cut-limestone sills[?], and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Square-headed opposing door openings with fittings not visible.
