Attached two-bay two-storey building, extant 1838, on a symmetrical plan. Disused, 1986. "Restored" to accommodate alternative use. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles terminating in chimney stacks having cut-limestone stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on cut-limestone eaves. Repointed snecked limestone walls originally rendered[?] with dragged cut-limestone "bas-relief" strips to corners. Paired elliptical-headed central openings (ground floor) with benchmark-inscribed dragged cut-limestone "bas-relief" surrounds. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with cut-limestone sills, and cut- or hammered limestone lintels framing replacement two-over-two timber sash windows having exposed sash boxes. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

Part creeper- or ivy-covered rendered, ruled and lined battered walls with drag edged tooled hammered limestone flush quoins to corners. Lancet window openings with drag edged tooled cut-limestone chamfered flush sills, and concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals framing fixed-pane fittings having stained glass margins centred on cast-iron diamond glazing bars. "Rose Window" to gable to chancel (east) with concealed red brick header bond voussoirs having chamfered reveals framing rubble stone infill. Pointed-arch door opening to entrance (west) front below cut-limestone shield date stone ("1856") with cut-limestone threshold, and drag edged tooled hammered limestone block-and-start surround having chamfered reveals with hood moulding framing timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors. Lancet flanking window openings with drag edged tooled cut-limestone chamfered flush sills, and concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals framing fixed-pane fittings having stained glass margins centred on cast-iron diamond glazing bars. Set in unkempt grounds with rock faced hammered limestone cylindrical piers to perimeter having cut-limestone shallow conical capping supporting flat-iron double gates.

Fine roughcast walls on rendered chamfered plinth. Square-headed window openings including square-headed window openings to rear (east) elevation centred on segmental-headed window opening (first floor) with cut-limestone sills, and concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds framing six-over-six timber sash windows with six-over-six timber sash windows to rear (east) elevation having horizontal glazing bars centred on five-over-five timber sash window behind wrought iron bars. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors, run moulded plasterwork cornice to ceiling, staircase on a dog leg plan with timber "match stick" balusters supporting timber banister, carved timber "Torus" surround to window opening to half-landing, carved timber surrounds to door openings to landing framing timber panelled doors, and run moulded plasterwork cornice to ceiling; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to windows. Lime rendered walls over snecked limestone construction with benchmark-inscribed dragged cut-limestone "bas-relief" strips to corners. Square-headed central door opening with dragged cut-limestone "bas-relief" surround framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and dragged cut-limestone "bas-relief" surrounds framing remains of six-over-eight (ground floor) or four-over-six (first floor) timber sash windows having horizontal glazing bars. Interior in ruins including (ground floor): central hall retaining timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and timber surrounds to some door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber surrounds to some window openings framing timber panelled shutters. Set in unkempt grounds with rendered octagonal piers to perimeter having lichen-covered polygonal capping supporting replacement tubular steel "farm gate".
