At the base of hillock (23m distant and 4m lower at N) is a curving scarp (Wth 2.5-4.5m; H 1.2-1.4m) SSW-N-NE that morphs into a field bank and hedge ENE-SE but is absent SE-SSW. A parcel is the land of a title, not an address. The owner's name is in the Land Registry of Tailte Éireann: a copy of the folio can be ordered on landdirect.ie, for a fee; this site names no owner. A price is the price recorded for a past sale, not a valuation.
