This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 44.5m ENE-WSW) defined by a grass-covered earthen bank (at WSW: Wth of base 5.5m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.2m) with inner facing stones SSW-W but the bank is largely reduced to a scarp (at ENE: Wth 1.5m; H 1m). There is no visible fosse and the original entrance is not identified although there is a wide gap (Wth c. 10m) at S which is probably modern. Located at the crest of a steep N-facing slope. It is not marked on any edition of the OS 6-inch map but is visible on aerial photographs (GSIAP: N 722/723) and on later series. This is a circular grass-covered mound (diam. 14.8m E-W; H 0.6m at W) defined by a fosse (at W: Wth of base 2.2m; ext. D 0.9m) and an outer bank (at W: Wth of base 4m; ext. H 0.4m). The bank and fosse meld into the slope E-SW and a large stone (dims 1.7m x 1m) is lying in the fosse at E (max. ext. diam. 29.6m E-W). It is bisected by an ENE-WSW fence and survives best N of this feature. Located on a slight rise in a col between the Slieve na Calliagh ridge c. 400m to the S and the hill of Drumlerry rising over it c. 600m to the NW, with lower ground to the W and NE. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 40m WNW-ESE; 39m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth of base 5-5.5m; int. H 0.2m at ESE to 0.8m at WNW; ext. H 1.8-2.1m) that is reduced to a scarp ESE-WSW, and an outer fosse (at WNW: Wth of top 6m; Wth of base 2m; ext. D 0.3m) that is largely reduced to a berm (at ESE: Wth 2.3m) that melds into the ground SE-W. The original entrance is not identified.
