No archaeological feature was visible at ground level in 1967 in an overgrown area, but this had been cleared by 2005 (OSAP). It is defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-4.6m; int. H 0.6-1m; ext. H 1.5-2.8m) and hedge which is incorporated into the bank of a lane WNW-NW, with an outer fosse or drain (at ESE: Wth 3.2m; ext.
