This is a large circular feld boundary defined by a dry stone wall enclosing a large circular area as shown on OS 6-inch maps. The field boundary encloses the base of a hillock going around the hillock and forming a large circular enclosure. On the first edition of the OS 6-inch map there is a larger outer enclosure depicted. If both enclosures are contemporary this would be the site of a large hilltop enclosure or concentric enclosure possible. Unsure about the antiquity of this enclosure, may be just the remains of field boundaries of 17th or 18th century date. Situated on top of high ground with good extensive views with church (OF014-017001-) to SE. D-shaped graveyard enclosed by a stone wall (H 1m; W T 0.5m) which encloses an area (26m E-W; 15.5m N-S) with rows of erect unmarked headstones orientated E-W aligned on a N-S axis. Wall appears to be 18th/19th-century in date and possible coffin stand and stile located at the S end of the E wall. Graveyard may be associated with the nearby church which probably dates to the 18th-century. Uncertain if it is the site of a childrens burial ground, appears to be too elaborate for a childrens burial ground. May be associated with penal times thus explaining the unmarked headstones. May have been a graveyard that was reused asa childrens burial ground. Located on high ground with holy well (OF014-019----) to S and Childrens Burial ground (OF014-016----) to N. Poorly preserved remains of a rectangular church (ext. dims. 7.1m N-S; 16.5m E-W; wall T 0.9m) built with roughly coursed limestone rubble. Only portion of S wall stands to full height and has a narrow slit window with rough unworked jambs. The rest of the building is covered in ivy with no other architectural features evident. Possible 18th-century date due to simple crude window and lack of any worked stone. Known locally as St. Brigids church and may be associated with penal times as mentioned in the ITA Survey (1942). Poorly preserved remains of a rectangular church (OF014-017001-) built with roughly coursed limestone rubble. Known locally as St. Brigids church and may be associated with penal times as mentioned in the ITA Survey (1942). No evidence of any enclosure surrounding the church. Circular field boundary enclosing the church may be the remains of an enclosing element around the church or they may be 19th century field boundary. This roughly circular field boundary is not shown on the 1838 edition of the ordnance survey 6-inch map. Located on poorly drained low-lying land with holy well (OF014-019----) immediately to the E and Church (OF014-017001-) to the N. Known locally as the 'Druids Altar' the site consists of a small sunken circular area (Diam. 6.3m) enclosed by a low stone bank (Wth 1.6m; ext. H 0.6m) with one erect orthostat on the S side of the bank with no evidence of an outer fosse or entrance feature. No evidence of any large stone that may have served as an altar in the interior of the site. May be associated with nearby Holy Well and Church.
