Along the N sector, the outer bank is only a few cms high. To the ENE there are slight indications of an outer fosse. One gap to the NW is 4m wide and a second to the E is 3.6m wide. It is not clear if either was an original entrance. The interior is level but marshy. It is situated in slightly wet pasture commanding a view of Donegal Bay to the S.
