Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a small circular feature (diam. c. 10m), and situated towards the top of the N-facing slope of a small NE-SW ridge. Described locally as a small circular earthen mound which was removed in the 1960s (Gannon 1972). It is not visible at ground level in pasture. Rath (RO006-167----) is c. 25m to the ESE. H 1m) S-W and a scarp (H 0.5-1m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 4.7m; D 0.1m) W-NW. There is no visible entrance. Earthwork (RO006-166----) is c. 25m to the WNW. H 0.05m generally to 0.55m at N; ext. H 0.2m at S to 0.5m at N) SE-NE with intermittently visible facing-stones (original Wth 1.9m).
