This is the remains of a tree-ring (diam. c. 40m) in the parkland of Kinard House, which was built c. 1790 and is situated c. 370m to the SW. An arc of the perimeter survives SW-W-NE (C c. 40m). Roughcast-rendered walls. Replacement uPVC windows and tooled limestone sills. Round-headed window opening to first floor above doorway. Recent glazed porch to front elevation. Round-headed doorway with tooled stone surround comprising fluted pilasters and keystone containing spoked fanlight and timber panelled door flanked by two sidelights (now blocked up). Cast-iron entrance gate flanked by rendered piers and sweeping walls.
