H 0.85-1.5m) NNW-ESE, and a rounded fosse (Wth of top 3.2-5m; Wth of base 1.5m; int. D 0.2-0.5m; ext. D 0.2-0.45m) NE-S-NW. There is a rectangular house site (RO039-051002-) (int. dims 6.2m E-W; 5.3m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-4.3m; H 0.35m) against the inner edge of the perimeter at W. The surrounding area of c. 5 ha (c. 13 acres) contains rectangular fields (RO038-051003-) (dims c. 100m x c. 30m) defined by earthen banks (Wth. c. 1.5m), scarps and silted ditches (Wth c. 1.5m) attached to the W and N of the enclosure, and a house-site (RO039-052004-) (int. dims 15.8m NW-SE; 8.2m NE-SW) defined by earthen banks (Wth 1.3-1.8m; H 0.1-0.35m) is associated with the fields.
