There is no identifiable original entrance, but an oval house site (RO053-001003-) (int. dims 4m N-S; 2.4m E-W) defined by a low stony bank (Wth 1.2m; max. H 0.2m) is against the inner face of the perimeter at E. The children's burial ground (RO053-00102-) is in the interior of the cashel. The interior and the perimeter at E are disturbed by quarrying.. It may have extended further N and E but is disturbed by grass-covered quarrying.
