At the bottom of a broad NW-SE valley. Circular overgrown platform (diam. 7m) defined by a fosse (at NE: Wth of top 5m; Wth of base 2.2m; int. D 1.05m; ext. D 1.3m) separated by a bank (at NE: Wth of top 0.9m; Wth of base 5.1m; ext. H 1.35m) from an outer fosse (at NE: Wth of top 7m; Wth of base 3.3m; ext. D 0.75m) and second outer bank (at NE: Wth of top 1.2m; Wth of base 3.7m; ext. H 0.35m). The entire monument is completely overgrown (max. ext. diam. c. 39m). Circular grass and moss-covered mound with a dished top (diam. of base 14m NE-SW; 13.4m NW-SE; dims of top 6.2m NE-SW; 4.3m NW-SE; H 1m at SW to 1.4-1.6m) separated by a fosse (Wth of base 1.9-2.2m; D 0.3-0.8m) from an outer bank (Wth of base 3.5-4.2m; ext. H 0.65-0.9m; ext. H 0.65-1.15m) with inner and outer facing-stones visible throughout (Wth of wall 1.7-2m), except SW-WNW. The stone-lined entrance (Wth 1.9m) at SE is now blocked, while a gap at SSW is modern. The rath (RO045-094----) is c. 180m to the E. On the S-facing crest of a broad NW-SE spur. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 32m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by an overgrown but poached earthen bank (Wth 4.5-5m; int. H 0.8-0.9m; ext. H 2-2.4m,) which is incorporated into a field bank NNW-ENE. It is separated by a fosse (at W: Wth of top 6.6m; Wth of base 2m; D 1.6m) from an outer bank (at W: Wth 3.4m; ext. H 0.65m) SSW-NNW. On a slight NE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 39m NE-SW; 36.6m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank with trees which is incorporated into a field bank (at SW: Wth 2m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1m) SE-W-N, but which cannot be traced N-SE, and an outer silted ditch (at SW: Wth of top 3.3m; Wth of base 1.7m; D 0.35m) SE-SW. There is no evidence of an original entrance. On a rise on a NE-facing slope. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 38.3m E-W; 36.6m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.3-5m; int. H 0.5-0.7m; ext. H 0.85-1.7m) and outer fosse (Wth of top 3.6-4.7m; Wth of base 1.2-2.1m; D 0.35-0.6m). The entrance (Wth 1.1m) and causeway (Wth 1.5m) at ENE may be modern, as might the entrance (Wth 2.8m) and causeway (Wth 6.4m) at WNW. Marked as a small feature (diam. c. 20m) only on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the bottom of a NE-facing slope in the lawn of a modern house. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 18.4m NNW-SSE; 14.8m ENE-WSW) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.2m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.4-0.6m) with four young oak trees planted on it. It had a slight outer fosse or ditch (Gannon 1972) that is no longer visible. It might be a rath, and rath (RO045-147----) is c. 200m to the SSW.
