H 2.2m) and hedge ESE-SSE and at W, which is reduced to a scarp (H 1.3m) NE-ENE and SSE-SW. There is an outer fosse (Wth of top 3.5-5.5m; Wth of base 1.2-2.8m; D 0.4m at W to 1.1m at E) which is reused as a field drain NE-E and ESE-SW. There is no visible entrance, or evidence of the perimeter W-NE. It is utilized as a farmyard. At the crest of a low, narrow E-W drumlin ridge. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 41m NW-SE; 37m NE-SW) defined by a scarp (H 0.2m at NW to 0.6m at SW), and an outer fosse (Wth of top 4-6.2m; Wth of base 1m at SW to 2.8m at NE; D 0.3-0.6m) SW-N-SE. There is no visible entrance, but the perimeter is truncated by an E-W field bank and drain at S and the fosse cannot be seen S of this feature. Rath (RO017-062001-) is c. 100m to the SE. H 0.4m at N to 1.1m at E) WNW-E-S and by a carp (H 0.9m) and hedge elsewhere which acts as a field bank, with a complete outer fosse (Wth of top 3.8-6m; Wth of base 2m at N to 4.1m at E; D 0.3-0.5m) which is extended into a pond NW-E. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO017-061----) is c. 100m to the NW, and rath (RO017-064001-) is c. 180m to the SE. D 0.1-0.3m) NE-SE and SW-NW and by a scarp (H 0.3m) elsewhere. The fosse is slightly truncated by an E-W drain at N, and hut-site (RO017-064002-) is c. 10m to the E. Rath (RO017-062001-) is c. 180m to the NW.
