Situated on a gentle W-facing slope with a NW-SE stream or drain c. 140m to the SW. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 28m E-W; 26.9m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.8m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1m) SW-NW, but the monument is truncated by straight field banks at N, E and S. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance. Towards the bottom of a gentle E-facing slope with a W-E river or drain c. 160m to the S. An arc of an overgrown bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.5m) and outer fosse (Wth of top 2.6m; Wth of base 1.8m; D 0.2m) survive NW-NE and are incorporated into a field bank and hedge (at E: Wth 3.6m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1.4m) NE-S-NW (diam. c. 30m). The grass-covered interior is overlain by WNW-ESE field banks at N and S, but the original entrance is not identified.
