H 1.2m) and fosse (Wth of base 2.5-3m; D 0.4-0.6m) S-W-N, but the perimeter is reduced to a scarp (H 0.8-1.15m) elsewhere. It may be part of the Doon of Drumsna (RO011-058----), the W end of which is c. 2.8 km to the ENE with an intervening section of double banks (RO011-188----) on the SE bank of the river c. 1.7km to the ESE. Situated in improved pasture on a gentle SW-facing slope. It was first identified by Susan Curran as part of an M.A. thesis with University College Dublin using a LiDAR survey dataset commissioned by Leitrim County Council and the National Roads Authority. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 32m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by intermittent traces of a low earthen bank (at NE: Wth of base 7m; Wth of top 2.8m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.3m) W-NW, NE-ENE and SE-S. The bank is absent NW-NE and S-W, and there is no visible fosse or entrance. A NNE-SSW field bank that was just to the W has been removed.
