Just off the crest of a broad E-W ridge, on the gentle N-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 26.6m E-W; 24.8m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.5-4.7m; int. H 0.8-1.4m; ext. H 1.2m) and an outer fosse (at S: Wth of top 4.5m; Wth of base 2.5m; D 0.9m), which has been re-cut as a drain (Wth of base 1m; D 1m) SW-N-SE. There is an entrance (Wth 1.6m) and causeway at SE, but the interior has been almost completely removed (D 0.3-0.8m). H 0.8-1.3m), with an outer fosse (Wth of top 4m; Wth of base 2.2m; D 0.2m) SE-W-NW. There is an entrance (Wth 3m) and causeway (Wth 4m) at SE. The W part of the interior has been excavated as a pond (dims. 24m N-S; 9m E-W; D 1m) with the spoil added to the bank at W, and a pond has been dug in the fosse at NW. Just off the summit of an E-W ridge, on the N-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 41.4m E-W; 39.8m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.9-4.1m; int. H 0.1-0.6m; ext. H 1.3-1.8m) with inner facing-stones SE-SW which is reduced to a scarp (H 1.5m) SW-NW, separated by a fosse (Wth of top 3.9-5.6m; Wth of base 2.2-2.6m; D 1-2m) from an outer bank (Wth 3.9-4.9m; ext. H 0.3-0.6m), which has inner and outer facing-stones at N. The outer bank is removed and the fosse re-cut as a drain NNE-SE (max. ext. diam. 58m N-S). The original entrance is not identified, and both banks and the fosse are overgrown. H 0.6-1m; ext. H 1m) which is incorporated into a field bank NW-NE and reduced to a scarp at SE. There is no visible fosse but the entrance may have been at SE. Near the centre of the elongated triangular Annaghmore Lough (dims. c. 1.5 km E-W; c. 100m N-S at E to c. 600m N-S at W), c. 100m from the SE shore with a submerged ridge leading to it. Overgrown stony mound (diam. 26.4m ENE-WSW; 27.3m NNW-SSE; H 1-1.3m) with an arc of posts on the perimeter S-SW.
