There is a rounded fosse (Wth of top 6.1-7.7m; Wth of base 1.6-2.3m; D 0.7-1.2m), which does not survive NE-ESE, and an outer bank (Wth 3.1-3.4m; ext. H 0.1-0.25m) which only survives WSW-N-ENE (max. ext. diam. 50m N-S). There is no identifiable original entrance.
