H 1.2-1.4m) NE-S and WNW-N, and by a scarp (H 0.9m generally to 1.3m at S) elsewhere. A berm (Wth 6.3-7.3m) separates it from an outer bank (Wth 3-4m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 0.6-1m) WSW-NNE. Visible on aerial photographs (ACAP: V221, 145-46) as two concentric circular features situated on a rise in a flat E-W valley with E-W ridges c. 500m to the N and S. This is a circular grass-covered mound (diam. 24m E-W; 23m N-S; H 0.3-1m) surrounded by a berm (Wth 3-15m) defined by a slight scarp (H c. 0.1m). This is on the perimeter at SW of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 90m) defined by the narrow vegetation mark of a fosse, but this feature is not visible at ground level. It may be an elaborate ceremonial enclosure. Rath (RO009-019----) is c. 130m to the NNW. H 1.3m) WNW-ENE, and a scarp (H 0.4m at E to 1.6m at S) elsewhere. A fosse (Wth of base 5-5.8m; D 0.1m at E to 0.9m at N) is visible SW-N-SE, with the remains of an outer bank (Wth 3.8-4m; H 0.3m at SE to 0.8m at SW) SE-SSE and SW-WSW. There is no visible entrance.
