Marked as a ruin on the 1837 and 1915 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and described in gothic lettering as a church on both. It is situated on a gentle NW-facing slope within the grounds of Mount Talbot House and c. 130m from a NE-SW section of the river Suck. It may have been a Chapel-of-Ease to the parish church of Tisrara (RO044-043001-). The church is a rectangular grass-covered area (ext. dims 15.5m NW-SE; 11.7m NE-SW) defined by a wide grass-covered stone spread (Wth 2.5-4.2m; H 0.3-0.7m) with no diagnostic features visible. Freestanding cast-iron water pump, erected c.1860, now disused. Comprising cylindrical shaft with raised horizontal banding, fluted upper section with spout, head and fluted domed cap with finial. Cow tail style handle. Pump bounded on three sides by curving stone wall and set opposite main junction into Mount Talbot.

Detached former Tudor Revival country house, built c.1750, now in ruins. Set within its own estate with a range of derelict stone outbuildings to south-east, including stables with integral carriage arches and Serliana windows to rear. Walled garden to north-east of house with red brick south-facing wall. Site bounded to road by random coursed stone wall with soldier coping. Various entrances into estate. Main entrance to north-east of house. Classical arch with rusticated piers, smaller arches for pedestrians.

Detached former Church of Ireland church, built 1766, now derelict. Comprising three-bay nave and three-stage tower to west with balustrade parapet. Roughcast-rendered walls with dressed quoins and string courses to tower. Remaining cast-iron rainwater goods. Pointed-arched windows and Diocletian windows to third stage of tower. Round-arched entrance with block-and-start surround. Block-and-start surround to statue niche in tower. Various upright and recumbent grave markers around church, including a mausoleum. Crypt to east of church. Site bounded by random coursed wall with ashlar gate piers and wrought-iron gates.
