Rectangular grass-covered area (dims 32.8m NE-SW; 29m NW-SE) defined by flat-bottomed moats at NE (Wth of base 5.5m; int. D 0.5m), SE (Wth of base 3.3m; int. D 0.7m; ext. D 0.5m) and NW (Wth 5m; D 0.1m) with a scarp (H 0.2m) at SW. There is an outer overgrown bank (Wth 5.7m; int. H 1.4m; ext. Circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 65.5m E-W; 62m N-S) defined by the grass-covered and intermittently visible footing of a stone wall (Wth 2.5-3m) NNE-S-NNW, which is replaced by a scarp down to the interior (H 0.3-0.8m) NNE-ENE and ESE-SE.
