Painted roughcast walling, straight channel-jointed quoins, smooth-rendered projecting plinth. Square-headed window openings, simple moulded render surrounds, painted stone sills, painted two-over-two timber sash windows c. 1990. Small garden to south, low rubble stone boundary wall to road, farmyard to north, Donegal Bay further to north.
