H 0.3m). No fosse visible. Where the rath abuts the natural slope to the N of the site, there are only trace remains of the bank visible as a band of lighter coloured grass NNW-NE. A break (Wth 1.2m) in the bank at SSE marks the position of the original entrance. The blocked entrance to a souterrain (SL005-098002-) is located on the N side of the interior. There are three large stones in a kerb-like setting on the S side. Garden contains wide variety of deciduous trees and wildflowers and was divided into two sections by a long narrow pond. Entrance with cut-limestone gate piers to south-west. Square-headed door openings at porte-cochere, varnished vertically-sheeted timber double doors with wrought-iron strap hinges, flanked by Doric pilasters, projecting flanking walls on line of plinth.
