- TS088-041: Enclosure, https://heritagedata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=0c9eb9575b544081b0d296436d8f60f8&query=18a4b61b268-layer-9%2CSMRS%2CTS088-041----. On a N-facing slope, on the edge of a ridge, in rough upland pasture. This monument was identified as a possible enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on an aerial photograph (GSI S 714/713). There are no visible remains above ground, however, a curving kink in the field boundary immediately N of enclosure would suggest that it was respecting an existing monument when it was built. On a fairly steep N-facing slope in roughl pasture in upland terrain. The location of the souterrain was pointed out by the occupants of Bonnard House. On a steep N-facing slope in upland terrain, in rough pasture. A stream runs roughly N-S c. 80m to the E. There are extensive views to the N and W, but limited to the E and S. A standing stone (0.62m x 0.3m; H 0.94m), roughly rectangular in plan, orientated NE-SW. Composed of red sandstone, the SE and NW faces are flat, though the latter has fractured due to weathering. It is flat-topped (0.44m x 0.24m). There is a large slab of bedrock (1.3m x 0.3m; H 0.35m) exposed at the foot of the NW face of the stone. There are several stones around the base of the SW and NW sides, possibly packing stones. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 05 December 2013

On an E-facing slope, just below the crest in reclaimed pasture. The field boundary depicted on the 1904 revision OS 6-inch map to the W running N-S has been removed, probably when the monument was levelled. Despite being levelled, this enclosure is still visible as a circular area (diam. 26m) enclosed by a broad, flat, low bank largely reduced to scarp (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.1-0.3m; ext. H 0.1-0.52m). There is a possible entrance in ESE where the bank is not obvious (Wth 4.5m). There is a slight suggestion of an outer fosse (Wth 2-2.5m; D 0.13m), more obvious in the N, E and W quadrants.
